I AM Somebody

Posted by Intuition Girl

There are times in our lives where we reflect on where we are, who we are, and who we want to be or what we want to “get” out of life. It’s during these times that we’re at our most vulnerable. We often lose ourselves in the “could’ve been” scenarios that we really need to rise above before we can manifest the life we want to lead.

jmw-dec10-newsletter-bird-in-the-mirrorToday, I want you to stop thinking about what “could’ve been,” and focus on the “I AM somebody” thought. How you feel about yourself and what you project from yourself from this moment forward is where you need to be headed. The more you focus on the fact that you are a unique and special being capable of achieving greatness, you will suddenly find that you are riding high in the plane of conscientiousness. You must be conscientious to be aware of the potential that exists around you. Remember, you are here to serve a greater purpose in life; but you can only uncover and fulfill your life purpose by creating an environment conducive of achieving that goal.

Look into a mirror. Who is it that you see peering back at you? It’s you; wonderful you. Within your reflection is the aspiration of the person you want to see and become in life. You must know that you weren’t put onto this earth without a specific purpose. In your heart and mind are the dreams and visions that you’ve always wanted to see and realize. Now it’s time to take those dreams and visions to the next level of conscientiousness.

You can manifest your heart’s desires by harnessing your creative imagination and intuitive powers that exist solely for you. Put these powerful mental tools to work for you by spending a few moments affront of a mirror every day. Every time you peer into the looking glass, search your soul for your authentic self. What is she saying to you? What does she want you to do with your life? Who does she aspire to be? Look beyond the superficial parts of your anatomy. Look past the color of your hair, your physical shape; instead, focus on your authentic self that gives you the personality to make your dreams come true.

When you unveil the physical mask of reality, you discover that there’s an entirely new perception and retrospect of who you are and why you are an essential ingredient to the Universal flow of energy. You are at one with the world, and the faster you realize that you are somebody, the more relevant you become to the positive energetic flow that brings opportunity and abundance into your life. Don’t you want more chances to create the life you’ve always wanted to have? Learn to live at peace with your inner self – your authentic self; and you will not only begin to believe that you are somebody, but you will become the “somebody” that you were destined to be.

Until we speak again, I am

Finding Happiness in Nature

Posted by Intuition Girl

When I was young, a childhood friend told me that if I held a buttercup beneath my chin, and my chin glowed yellow, it meant that I liked butter. Now, I tried the buttercup experiment, and sure enough, my chin glowed yellow.  It was such a silly little amusement, but I remember smiling to myself knowing that a simple flower could say so much about me.  Of course the buttercup glowed a faint yellow beneath my chin because I was out in the sunlight and the manifestation of the bright gold color was only evident because of the sun’s light.

buttercupThere were a few lessons to be gained in the buttercup experiment: trust, was the first. I learned first that I had to trust that the buttercup would glow beneath my chin; and it did. The second lesson was that in nature, all things are possible. The third lesson was that the sun is a remarkable thing that not only brings us the warmth and light to give life to all the earth, but that it has the power to do miraculous things. I smile when I think about this because in my mind’s eye, I can recreate the time and feeling of how a lowly buttercup was able to make me giggle…and believe in something that I may not have before.

You can learn a lot from nature. Especially when you’re sitting in the sunlight, standing beneath a shady oak, or just smelling lilacs as you stroll through a park. You’ll find that happiness is all around you if you only open your eyes to it. Didn’t you know that the wondrous part of nature is that it can bring to light some of life’s most beautiful creations?

The best part is that you don’t have to search very far to find happiness in nature. It’s in the wind, the buzzing bees, the drifting clouds, and in the cricket’s chirp. Happiness is, after all, a mirror image of the life that surrounds us. But it doesn’t just surround us; it’s a part of us. That’s the beauty of it. We are all interconnected to the glorious creation and wonder that we call the Universe. This great big expand of everything and all things, which is a reflection of who we are and why we exist. And it’s the energetic flow of the Universe that bonds all of this life together. Isn’t it amazing?

Smile.  When you smile on one side of the world, it creates a positive ripple effect in the Universal flow of energy. Ever heard the phrase, “Smile and the world smiles with you; cry and you cry alone?” It’s true. When you smile, your face lifts up, your eyes light up, and your insides feel all warm and gushy. When you frown, every thing comes to a screeching halt. That’s the amazing power of happiness. To delight in happiness is to be at one with nature. And when you’re at one with nature, you are at one with the Universal flow of energy. Yes, nature is in all things; smiles included.

If you can’t seem to put a smile on your face, you can always go outside and pluck a buttercup. While holding a small hand mirror, place the buttercup beneath your chin. If it glows yellow, you like butter…or maybe it’ll just make you smile like it made me.

Until we speak again, I am

Mom’s Intuition: the Cornerstone to Family Balance

Posted by Intuition Girl

Moms are intuitive beings.

Guys, it’s really nothing personal, but Moms are the leaders of the pack when it comes to achieving peace and harmony on the home front. Remember when Mom said things like “I’ve got eyes in the back of my head”? Though she may not physically have eyes in the back of her head, Mom has the unique ability to hone in on her sixth sense or gut instinct to know when something is wrong.  And like most women’s intuition, she has the keen sense of foresight to know what might be coming around the bend in the near future.

Women unknowingly rely on their “third eye” to see clearly and more efficiently with regards to matters of the heart.  Their infallible inner wisdom typically takes over whenever children and other relationships are involved.  While there may be a number of reasons why women’s intuition is so high, we certainly can’t rule out the fact that women carry infants in the womb for roughly nine months.  It’s this innate connection to this tiny life force that enables women to “feel” or “sense” their babies – and for some women, even at the point of conception.

Happy Mother's Day!Women’s intuition is the resilient force that generally keeps family bonds strengthened.  She “knows” when something has happened with her child…often without seeing or hearing about the event.  When her spouse has a problem, she’s the first one to ask, “What’s wrong?” It’s not because she’s gotten good at “keeping tabs” on her family – it’s just the way it is.  She is so in touch with her higher consciousness that she is able to “read” people; and consequently, better able to deal with crisis as they occur. 3 Tips to Become a Winner in Life

Posted by Intuition Girl

“You cannot fix what is wrong on the outside if you do not know how to fix what is wrong on the inside. When my students learned how to heal from their past emotions, everything started to flow more fluidly –they were able to take charge over their story and direct its course; and you will be able to achieve that result too! ”

In addition to using a number of personal growth tools like the Manifestation Method, I want you to focus on the above statement.  One of the many reasons why individuals seemingly fail in life is not because they’ve “failed;” but because they’ve become so used to negative emotions that they believe it’s perfectly normal to live in a negative state of mind.  This could not be further from the truth.  You have a destiny to fulfill, and the Universal flow of energy wants to put you in perfect alignment with what you are supposed to accomplish in life — but you can only fulfill your life purpose if you’re emotionally, mentally, and spiritually prepared to accept your rightful place in the universe.  I’m routing for your success, so I’m offering you three tips that can help you to succeed and become a winner in life:

1. Set your goals. I can’t stress this enough.  Whatever it is you’re trying to reach in life, I want you to visualize it and see it through.  For instance, a friend of mine takes daily walks.  Though the distance seems great from afar, she sees the water tower as her destination point.  The whole time she is walking, she paces herself and keeps her eye on the water tower.  By keeping her eye on her destination point, she doesn’t succumb to the “oh, it’s too far away,” mindset.  She focuses in on it, and she keeps going until she’s made it there.  That’s the same way you need to view and achieve your goal.  It may not be directly affront of you, but it does exist.  This means that the potential for success is clearly in view; but you must keep your eye on the ball before you can reach it.

2. Use your intuition.
You must distinguish your personal and professional life to jumpstart your future.  If you know what your goals are in both planes of view, you can establish a level playing field to create momentum and acquire real substance in your life.  Make sure you use your intuition to discover what it is you really want to attain in life — because when you do, you’re able to toss out the junk thoughts and maneuver your way toward the best plan of action to achieve your goals. This means you need to meditate on your life as a whole. It’s equally important to meditate on your relationship with yourself first.  By getting in touch and falling in love with your intuitive soul, you create a mutual flow of positive energy that you not only emit but are able to receive.  The more you meditate, the more powerful your inner wisdom becomes. This enables you to clear the clutter from your mind and channel harmony back into your life.

3. Turn walls into stepping stones. Personal growth and professional growth come at a cost.  That cost is comprised of the life lessons we are sometimes forced to learn…even if we may not always agree with them at the time. To become a winner in life, you must use every angle to your advantage.  And yes, that means you need to look at every thing that comes your way as an opportunity.  Challenges are presented to us so that we can learn and grow.  We may not immediately view these proverbial walls or roadblocks as openings for success; however, hindsight is always 20/20, and we often discover that these challenges are in fact ways to advance and become a winner in life.

Every man and woman has the opportunity to create success and become a winner in life.  How you proceed in life is just as important as waking up every morning.  Every day, when you arise, I want you to say aloud: “I am a winner and success becomes me.”  When you meditate daily on becoming a winner, you start to think, speak, and act like one.  It’s really not rocket science, but it does require commitment from you.  Are you dedicated enough to become a winner in your life?

What is your Aura?

Posted by Intuition Girl

Dear Joan Marie,

I would appreciate if you would please explain to me what my aura is?

Thank you,

Sam T.

Answer

Dear Sam,

Did you know that your energy field (or aura) emits both high and low vibrations?  It’s true. For instance, have you ever entered a room and suddenly you feel the warmth and positive energy radiating in the atmosphere?  Whether or not you were in good spirits before you entered this room, you now feel your spirit and mood lifted, and your mind is moving at the speed of light.  This is an environment of powerful manifestation of both great emotions and ideas. This positive energy transcends all emotional blockages and awakens your soul being.

Your soul being is the core of your higher consciousness and wants you to be happy and healthy in all aspects of your life.  When you awaken this critical ingredient of your physical and sacred being, you have entered a present moment of now; where you can grow and discover your true soul power.

You must let your aura shine like your life depends on it…as it does.  Your aura is the beautiful energy force that drives your positive sacred being — allowing you to find hope in your darkest hours and encouraging you to achieve greatness in all that you do; with every part of your being, and with every sense of the intuitive power that the Divine has bestowed upon you.  And guess what?  The more positive energy you emit, the more you receive.  The more positive energy you receive, the healthier you become — spiritually, emotionally, physically, and yes, even financially.

Many Blessings,
